For withdrawals, members are required to submit a request through the withdrawal section of their account. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to a bank account require the account holder's name to match the registered member's name.
• Ion177 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity will be suspended pending the completion of an investigation.
